Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end distribution operations across multiple warehouses and carrier partners.
- Design and optimize routing, inventory, and fulfillment processes using WMS and TMS platforms.
- Partner with procurement, sales, and customer service to align on service levels and demand planning.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in on-time delivery, cost per order, and inventory accuracy.
- Build and mentor a high-performing logistics team including training and succession planning.
- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards across all distribution activities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field; master's preferred.
- 5+ years in logistics or distribution management, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving on-time delivery, warehouse efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Strong proficiency with WMS and TMS systems (eg, SAP EWM, Oracle, or Netsuite).
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; SQL or data visualization experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and people leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support network initiatives.
