Responsibility

  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and vendors to optimize routes and load planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (OTIF, on-time delivery, freight cost, order accuracy) and implement improvement plans.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer service, and finance to resolve shipment issues and optimize cost-to-serve.
  • Maintain and optimize WMS/TMS configurations, data quality, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and manual touch points.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly logistics performance dashboards for leadership.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on logistics or supply chain experience, with exposure to warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS and TMS; experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems a plus.
  • Proficient in data analysis and Excel; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a mindset for continuous improvement.
