This contract opportunity is ideal for a strategic, results-driven leader who can steward funds, shape research priorities, and build lasting partnerships across the hospital ecosystem.

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Research and Innovation Fund Management, you will oversee the governance, oversight, and operational management of SGH's Research and Innovation Fund portfolio. You will lead proposal intake and evaluation processes, develop funding strategies aligned with SGH's mission, and ensure robust financial stewardship, risk management, and compliance. Your responsibilities include building rigorous evaluation frameworks, managing disbursements and budget cycles, and delivering transparent reporting to hospital leadership. You will champion stakeholder engagement, negotiate agreements with partners and vendors, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards (ethics approvals, data privacy, research governance) within Singapore's healthcare context. A key part of the role is leading and developing a high-performing team and cultivating strong relationships with universities, industry partners, government agencies, and philanthropic funders.

To succeed, you should bring a blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills, along with a track record in research administration or fund management.
