Northwind Global Partners is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Management to shape and execute our people strategy across the enterprise. In this role you will partner with executive leadership to design and implement scalable talent programs that drive leadership capability, performance, and retention.
Responsibilities include building leadership development and succession systems, driving performance management and development roadmaps, and anchoring talent analytics to inform strategic decisions. This is a hybrid, Seattle-based role with competitive compensation and a culture that values growth, collaboration, and impact.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Management strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Lead leadership development programs and succession planning for critical roles across the organization.
- Partner with executive leadership to design and implement performance management and employee development roadmaps.
- Oversee Learning and Development initiatives and mentoring programs to accelerate high-potential employees.
- Build and own talent analytics dashboards, metrics, and reporting to inform decisions and forecasting.
- Champion change management efforts; drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design competency models, job architecture, and career frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical best practices in all talent processes.
Qualification
- 8+ years in Talent Management or HR with experience in leadership development, succession planning, or organizational development.
- BA/BS in HR, Business, Psychology; MA/MS preferred.
- Proven track record delivering leadership development, succession planning, and performance management programs.
- Strong data analytics skills; proficiency with HRIS and workforce analytics; ability to build dashboards.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with change management and driving culture transformation; DEI focus a plus.
- Global or multi-site experience and project management skills; budget and vendor management.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or CPLP are preferred.
