Join NovaQuant Analytics as a Senior Mathematics Research Scientist. Responsibility

  • Lead development of advanced mathematical models and algorithms to solve high-impact problems across finance, engineering, and data science.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate theory into production-ready solutions.
  • Develop and validate numerical methods, simulations, and optimization routines for large-scale problems.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to derive insights and inform strategic decisions.

Qualification

  • Proficiency in Python; experience with MATLAB or R; knowledge of C++ is a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale simulations, HPC, and scientific computing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • Track record of independent research and collaboration; publications or patents are a plus.
