Job description
Join an innovative engineering leader at AeroForge Technologies as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. You will drive design, analysis, and optimization of high performance mechanical systems for aerospace and industrial applications. This is a hands-on, cross functional role with exposure to rapid prototyping, qualification testing, and collaboration with manufacturing teams. You will own system-level design from concept to verification, balancing performance, cost, and schedule.
We offer a competitive compensation package, premium benefits, and a culture that rewards curiosity, craftsmanship, and impact.

- Perform FEA, modal, thermal, and tolerance analyses to ensure reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to optimize cost, manufacturability, and quality.
- Develop and execute design verification plans, tests, and data analysis to validate requirements.
- Create thorough documentation, BOMs, and participate in design reviews (DFMEA).
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Support product development from concept through production transfer and field support.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Masterβs preferred; 5+ years of design experience in aerospace or high-tech sectors.
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Creo and PLM/PDM systems.
- Strong experience with FEA tools (Ansys, Abaqus) and thermal analysis.
- Solid understanding of GD&T and design for manufacturability and assembly.
