We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to drive end-to-end product development from concept to production. You will work with cross-functional teams to design robust mechanical solutions for our clients, optimize for performance, reliability, and manufacturability, and contribute to a strong, rapidly growing engineering organization.
Responsibility
- Lead mechanical design and development of products from concept through production launch
- Develop and validate CAD models using SolidWorks or Creo and run CAE analyses
- Perform DFMA analysis to optimize manufacturability and cost
- Define and manage BOMs, drawings, and design documentation
- Plan and execute design reviews, risk assessments, and FMEA
- Collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure successful production ramp
- Lead prototyping, testing, and validation activities including DOE and performance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices and process improvements
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of mechanical design and product development experience
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Creo; experience with FEA and tolerance analysis
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5
- Experience with manufacturing processes including machining, casting, molding
- Experience with BOM management and PLM systems
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving
- U.S. work authorization required
