Responsibility
- Lead design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and components.
- Oversee project lifecycle from concept through to manufacturing, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, product managers, and clients.
- Perform engineering analysis and simulations to validate product performance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, materials, and technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and support professional development initiatives.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience, preferably in industrial or product design sectors.
- Proven proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials selection.
- Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- PE license is a plus but not required.
