Join Apex Industrial Solutions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer where you will lead the design and development of advanced mechanical systems for our manufacturing clients. This role blends hands-on engineering with project leadership, CAD modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end mechanical design of products and systems, from concept to production.
- Develop robust CAD models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using SolidWorks or Creo.
- Perform FEA and tolerance analysis to ensure reliability and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to define requirements and interfaces.
- Plan and execute design validation, prototyping, testing, and DOE studies.
- Support supplier selection, vendor design reviews, and manufacturing handoff.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the improvement of design processes and best practices.
- Maintain documentation for design control, design history, and change management.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of mechanical design experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks or Creo) and FEA software (ANSYS or similar).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance analysis, and design for manufacturability.
- Experience with design controls, DFMEA, and quality systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15-20% and work in a fast-paced environment.
- U.S. work authorization required.
