Responsibility
- Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of mechanical systems for large-scale industrial projects.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, calculations, and technical documentation.
- Review and approve drawings, specifications, and material selections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges and optimize system performance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support business development initiatives by contributing to proposals and client engagements.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial or energy sector engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain.
- Advanced proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical codes and standards (ASME, API, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States with no restrictions.
