We are seeking a visionary physician-scientist to partner with R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to translate science into meaningful outcomes for patients and healthcare systems.

Responsibility

  • Define and lead medical strategy for specialized medicine programs, aligning clinical development plans with corporate goals.
  • Oversee clinical development activities, study design, endpoint selection, and safety monitoring across programs.
  • Direct medical affairs operations, including KOL engagement, medical education, and scientific communications.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory and Compliance teams on submissions, health authority interactions, and risk management plans.
  • Drive publication strategy, data dissemination, and medical exchange with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure patient safety and pharmacovigilance through rigorous safety monitoring and signal management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and mentor junior medical affairs colleagues.

Qualification

  • MD or DO required; Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Medical Genetics, Neurology, or Oncology).
  • Minimum 7 years of medical affairs, clinical development, or translational medicine experience in specialized therapies.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, data interpretation, and scientific communication abilities.
  • Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management; track record with regulatory interactions.
  • Experience in rare diseases or complex, high-uncertainty programs; familiarity with global regulatory environments.
