Responsibility
- Lead translational research programs spanning genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics to identify actionable biomarkers.
- Design and oversee early-phase clinical studies and translational projects in specialized diseases.
- Collaborate with clinicians, biostatisticians, and regulatory teams to ensure rigorous study design and compliance.
- Develop data-driven strategies for patient stratification and therapy development.
- Oversee data quality, analytics pipelines, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to scientific publications and presentations.
- Communicate findings to executive leadership and external collaborators to drive decision-making.
Qualification
- PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, or a related field; MD with research experience considered.
- 8+ years of experience in translational medicine, precision medicine, or biomedical research.
- Proven track record in biomarker discovery, clinical study design, and regulatory awareness (IND/CTA).
- Expertise in genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics, and statistical analysis.
- Strong collaborative skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, scientific writing, and presentation abilities.
- Experience with GLP/ICH guidelines and regulatory submissions is a plus.
