Responsibility
- Lead translational research projects in specialized medicine, including study design, protocol development, and execution
- Coordinate multi-site clinical studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights for clinical and research teams
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and biostatisticians to optimize trial outcomes
- Prepare scientific manuscripts, presentations, and regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior researchers and build cross-disciplinary capabilities
- Drive implementation of evidence-based guidelines into clinical practice
Qualification
- MD or DO or PhD in a relevant field such as medicine, pharmacology, or biomedical sciences
- Minimum five years of experience in specialized medicine research or translational medicine
- Proven track record of clinical research with publications and conference presentations
- Experience with clinical trials, drug development processes and regulatory environments (FDA, EMA)
- Strong data analytics skills and familiarity with biostatistical tools
- Excellent collaboration, leadership, and written communication skills
- Ability to work across cross functional teams and manage complex projects
