Responsibility
- Lead the development, optimization, and implementation of advanced cell film processes for 3D NAND technology.
- Architect and execute process integration strategies to enhance device performance without yield trade-offs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, product engineering, and manufacturing to ensure seamless process integration.
- Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to address process variations and yield detractors.
- Evaluate and implement emerging equipment, materials, and process technologies relevant to cell film development.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and data-driven recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive technologies, and best practices to maintain technology leadership.
Qualification
- PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in advanced semiconductor process development, ideally in NAND or memory device fabrication.
- Demonstrated expertise in thin film deposition, etch, characterization, and integration methodologies.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to address complex technical challenges.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and experimental design (DOE) in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Working knowledge of equipment and materials relevant to 3D NAND process flows.
- Track record of technical innovation demonstrated through patents, publications, or successful project leadership.
