Responsibility

  • Lead the development, optimization, and implementation of advanced cell film processes for 3D NAND technology.
  • Architect and execute process integration strategies to enhance device performance without yield trade-offs.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, product engineering, and manufacturing to ensure seamless process integration.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to address process variations and yield detractors.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging equipment, materials, and process technologies relevant to cell film development.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and data-driven recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive technologies, and best practices to maintain technology leadership.

Qualification

  • PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in advanced semiconductor process development, ideally in NAND or memory device fabrication.
  • Demonstrated expertise in thin film deposition, etch, characterization, and integration methodologies.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to address complex technical challenges.
  • Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and experimental design (DOE) in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Working knowledge of equipment and materials relevant to 3D NAND process flows.
