Join NexaMentor as a Senior Mentor & Career Coach to guide professionals from early-career to executives. This role blends one-on-one coaching, program development, and scalable mentorship initiatives. You will design mentorship curricula, run workshops, and measure impact.
We offer a hybrid remote-friendly environment in San Francisco, CA with a local hub for in person sessions.
Responsibility
- Lead and document high-impact one-on-one coaching sessions that help mentees map clear career paths and leadership growth.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve mentorship curricula and program materials for diverse cohorts.
- Facilitate engaging group workshops, roundtables, and events that foster peer learning and accountability.
- Partner with organizations to align mentorship initiatives with talent development goals and ROI metrics.
- Track outcomes using defined KPIs, collect feedback, and produce regular reports for stakeholders.
- Coach and supervise junior mentors, ensuring quality standards and consistent coaching practices.
- Provide resume, interview, and career-planning support to help mentees accelerate opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; advanced degrees welcomed.
- 5+ years of mentoring, coaching, or talent development experience with measurable impact.
- ICF ACC or equivalent coaching certification preferred.
- Excellent listening, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
- Experience designing curricula, workshops, and scalable mentoring programs.
- Comfortable delivering coaching in person and virtually across time zones.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track outcomes and adjust programs accordingly.
