Responsibility
- Lead structured coaching sessions with mentees to identify goals, challenges, and actionable steps.
- Design and implement personalized mentoring plans aligned with individual career trajectories.
- Track progress, document outcomes, and provide timely feedback to mentees and stakeholders.
- Facilitate group mentoring sessions and workshops to foster peer learning and community.
- Collaborate with program managers to refine curricula, materials, and mentoring methodologies.
- Maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and inclusive practices in all interactions.
- Act as a role model for professional growth, demonstrating accountability and resilience.
Qualification
- 5+ years of leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience in professional settings.
- Certified coach or formal mentoring training (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
- Excellent active listening, questioning, and adaptive communication skills.
- Ability to tailor mentoring approaches to diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Proficiency with mentoring platforms, CRM, and remote collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple mentees and programs.
