Location: Washington, DC area with occasional travel to partner facilities. Eligible for on-site work and limited remote collaboration where appropriate.
Responsibility
- Collect, analyze, and fuse data from SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and open sources to produce concise intelligence assessments.
- Develop multidimensional intelligence products, briefings, and reports tailored for decision-makers and field operations.
- Monitor changing threat environments, produce trend analyses, and update risk assessments on assigned domains.
- Coordinate with military and civilian partners to ensure timely dissemination and synchronization of intelligence efforts.
- Support target development and intelligence requirements planning, including tasking and evaluation of sources.
- Ensure compliance with security and information assurance policies; maintain meticulous data handling practices.
- Mentor junior analysts, deliver training sessions, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in red-teaming and vulnerability assessments when required to strengthen program resilience.
Qualification
- Active U.S. security clearance (TS/SCI preferred) or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Bachelor's degree in National Security, Intelligence, Security Studies, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of intelligence analysis experience in defense, government, or contractor environments.
- Proficiency with analytic tools and platforms (i2, ArcGIS, DNI dashboards, SQL, Python for analysts).
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to convey complex data succinctly to senior leadership.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of military doctrine, operations, and threat landscapes; experience with targeting and vulnerability analysis is a plus.
