Responsibility
- Lead negotiations with key clients and partners to secure favorable terms while protecting value and minimizing risk.
- Develop and execute comprehensive negotiation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, and terms sheets to support decision-making.
- Analyze risk, value drivers, and concession strategies to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, procurement, and finance to finalize contracts and ensure compliance.
- Mentor and train junior negotiators; share best practices and negotiation playbooks.
- Track deal outcomes, extract learnings, and drive continuous process improvements.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience leading high-stakes negotiations in B2B environments.
- Proven track record of negotiating favorable terms and improving revenue or margins.
- Strong analytical skills including financial modeling and ROI assessment.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams including sales, legal, procurement, and finance.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or law degree preferred.
- Proficient in negotiation methodology, risk assessment, and data-driven decision making.
