Responsibility
- Lead high-stakes negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable terms and sustainable value.
- Develop and execute comprehensive negotiation strategies aligned with business goals and risk tolerance.
- Prepare, present, and analyze complex contracts, addenda, and pricing models to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Compliance to ensure terms meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on negotiation best practices and deal structuring.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and total-cost-of-ownership to inform decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing process improvements.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant negotiation, procurement, or deal-making experience in B2B environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving favorable terms and value optimization in complex contracts.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret financial statements, TCO, and risk assessments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a data-driven, persuasive approach.
- Experience with vendor management, RFX processes, and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
