We are seeking a results-driven Negotiation Specialist to join a dynamic team in New York City. As part of our Growth and Partnerships practice, you will structure high impact deals, manage negotiations from discovery to closing, and ensure favorable outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with key partners.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end negotiations for high-value deals, including terms, pricing, scope, and risk allocation.
  • Develop negotiation strategies aligned with business objectives and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and product teams to craft win-win agreements.
  • Coach and mentor junior negotiators on techniques and deal framing.
  • Analyze data to identify negotiating levers, concessions, and alternative terms.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to executives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining speed to close.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
