  • Partner with sales, procurement, legal, and finance to structure deals, pricing, and risk mitigation.
  • Analyze data, market trends, and benchmarks to inform negotiation approaches.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate clearly across departments.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of negotiation, contract management, procurement, or sales experience.
  • Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar deals with favorable terms.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to build financial models and term scenarios.
