Job description

NovaEdge Global is seeking a results-driven Senior Negotiation Specialist to lead high-stakes negotiations across partnerships, procurement, and commercial agreements. This role combines strategic thinking, data-backed decision making, and exceptional communication to align cross-functional stakeholders and secure favorable terms.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to shape terms, manage risk, and accelerate value realization for a fast-growing tech organization.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end negotiation strategy for commercial deals, contracts, and partnerships spanning regional and global units.
  • Prepare and present business cases, BATNA, value trade-offs, and risk assessments to executive stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Procurement to craft terms that maximize value while protecting company interests.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and partners, driving win-win outcomes and timely closings.
  • Develop standardized negotiation playbooks, templates, and objection-handling guides to scale capabilities across teams.
  • Analyze data from CRM and procurement systems to forecast savings, ROI, and post-deal performance.
  • Mentor and coach junior negotiators and cross-functional teams to elevate negotiation excellence.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred in business, law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of negotiation, procurement, or B2B sales deal-making experience, ideally in tech or high-growth industries.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with multi-stakeholder ecosystems and complex commercial terms.
  • Strong knowledge of contract terms, risk assessment, and commercial law basics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills; fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and build consensus across diverse teams.
