Atlantic Edge Solutions is seeking a Senior Negotiation Specialist to lead complex, high-stakes negotiations across strategic initiatives. You will partner with Legal, Procurement, and Sales to craft win-win terms, mitigate risk, and drive favorable outcomes for the organization.
In this role, you will influence senior stakeholders, apply data-driven negotiation techniques, and ensure contracts align with business goals and compliance requirements.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end negotiation strategy for high-value contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners.
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Sales to draft, review, and finalize terms.
- Analyze data (TCO, ROI, risk) to inform negotiation positions.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships; align cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
- Deliver win-win terms while protecting company risk and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior negotiators and share best practices across the organization.
- Manage timelines and negotiations across multiple deals; close deals within SLA.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of negotiation, procurement, or contracts experience in B2B environments.
- Proven track record closing high-value commercial deals (over $1M TCV).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling (ROI, TCO).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influence abilities.
- Ability to operate across cross-functional teams and influence at senior levels.
- Knowledge of contract law, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Negotiation certification (CNLP or equivalent) is a plus.
