Responsibility
- Lead negotiation strategy for complex commercial agreements with vendors, clients, and partners
- Prepare and present data-driven negotiation proposals using total cost of ownership analysis and risk assessment
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Sales to align terms and obligations
- Evaluate concessions, alternatives, and walk-away positions to optimize value
- Draft, review, and finalize contract language ensuring compliance and enforceability
- Mentor junior team members and share negotiation best practices
- Track performance metrics and post-deal reviews to inform future negotiations
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of B2B negotiation experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of securing favorable terms and protecting company interests
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; persuasive storytelling
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and contracts
- Experience with contract management systems and MS Office; adept with data tools
- Ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously and under tight deadlines
