Responsibility

  • Collaborate with sales, legal, procurement, and finance to drive timely closes.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on negotiation techniques and best practices.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and market data to optimize concessions and value.
  • Monitor post-deal performance and manage ongoing partner relationships to maximize value.
  • Identify and mitigate potential negotiation blockers through creative problem solving.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of negotiation, dealmaking, or procurement experience in B2B environments.
  • Proven track record closing multi-million dollar agreements with high win rates.
  • Strong understanding of contract law basics and risk assessment.
