We are seeking a Senior Negotiation Specialist to lead complex negotiations, craft win-win value propositions, and close agreements that maximize client outcomes.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that blends analytical rigor, stakeholder management, and confident negotiation leadership.
Responsibility
- Develop and lead negotiation strategies for complex multi-party deals across industries
- Lead cross-functional negotiation sessions with stakeholders from sales, legal, product, and procurement
- Prepare and present BATNA analyses, concessions grids, and value messaging to improve close rates
- Drive win-win agreements by aligning commercial terms with risk, compliance, and operational considerations
- Coach and mentor junior negotiators, sharing best practices and deal playbooks
- Collaborate with legal and finance to finalize contracts and ensure favorable terms
- Track deal health metrics, conduct post-deal reviews, and implement continuous improvement
Qualification
- Minimum 7+ years in negotiation, procurement, or enterprise sales with a proven track record closing high-value deals
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in BATNA, ZOPA, and value-based negotiations
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to influence at executive levels and manage cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with CRM and contract management tools; experience with data-driven negotiation strategies
- Comfort operating in high-pressure environments and tight deadlines
