We are seeking a results driven Negotiation Specialist to join our fast paced business development team in New York. You will lead complex negotiations, draft win win contracts, and drive value for customers and the company through collaborative deal making.
In this role you will:
Responsibility
- Lead complex negotiations with key clients and vendors to secure favorable terms and long term partnerships.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, business cases, and term sheets.
- Analyze commercial models, pricing, and risk to optimize value for both sides.
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Procurement, and Finance to finalize contracts.
- Develop negotiation playbooks, benchmarks, and training materials for cross functional teams.
- Monitor ongoing deals, track performance, and renegotiate terms as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in business, law, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of negotiation experience in B2B environments, with proven track record of closing high value deals.
- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence C level stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, data visualization, and deal modeling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
