We are seeking a highly reliable Notary Public to serve clients with integrity, accuracy, and discretion. As a full time Notary Public, you will perform various notarial acts, including loan signings, general notarizations, and mobile notarizations at client locations, our office, and partner sites. You will be responsible for compliance with state laws, identity verification, and safeguarding sensitive information while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Responsibility
- Perform notarial acts in accordance with Texas Notary Public laws and internal policies
- Conduct loan signings and signing agent assignments for lenders and title companies
- Verify identity and document authenticity; maintain accurate journals and records
- Schedule, coordinate, and complete notarial work with professionalism and timeliness
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients, lenders, and title companies
- Travel to client locations or arrange remote notarizations where permitted
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy and security standards
Qualification
- Active Texas Notary Public in good standing
- Notary Signing Agent certification is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of notary experience, with loan signings preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and superior customer service
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Austin area; valid driver's license
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
