Join a fast-growing e-commerce brand as a Senior Online Store Manager. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to own the end-to-end operation of our online storefronts across multiple channels. You will optimize catalog quality, pricing, promotions, inventory, and customer experience to drive revenue growth and sustainable profitability.
Based in Seattle with remote flexibility, you will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Logistics, and Engineering to scale our store operations while maintaining exceptional operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end operation of our online stores across platforms including catalog management, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
- Lead product data governance and catalog quality, ensuring accurate SKUs, descriptions, imagery, and attributes.
- Oversee inventory planning, fulfillment, returns, and carrier partnerships to optimize delivery times and accuracy.
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies, pricing optimization, and promotional calendars to maximize revenue and margin.
- Analyze performance metrics using GA4, dashboards, and custom reports; translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product on campaigns, landing pages, and A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Implement process automations and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Lead cross-functional projects, manage vendor relationships, and mentor junior team members.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field; 5+ years in online store management or e commerce operations.
- Proven hands on experience with Shopify or WooCommerce; familiarity with Magento or other platforms is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills, advanced Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with dashboards (GA4, Looker, Data Studio).
- Deep understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, returns, and carrier optimization.
- Experience with SEO and CRO, plus page optimization and merchandising best practices.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple storefronts, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast paced environment; remote friendly.
