Join NovaCommerce Solutions as a Senior Online Store Manager and lead the operations behind our high-traffic ecommerce storefronts. You will oversee multi-channel platforms, including Shopify and WooCommerce, curate product data, optimize pricing, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to accelerate growth across channels.

Responsibility
- Own day-to-day management of online storefronts across Shopify, WooCommerce, and marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and performance.
- Manage product catalogs, including data quality, SEO-friendly descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions.
- Oversee inventory planning, supplier relationships, order fulfillment, and returns to optimize stock levels and customer satisfaction.
- Lead analytics efforts using GA4, conversion rate optimization, and A/B tests to improve conversion rate and average order value.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer support to deliver a seamless shopping experience and aligned messaging.
- Implement automation and integrations using tools like Zapier, APIs, and inventory software to streamline operations.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare monthly performance reports, and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
Qualification
- 3+ years of online store management or ecommerce operations experience.
- Proficiency with Shopify and WooCommerce; familiarity with Magento or other platforms is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in GA4, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools; advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management, fulfillment, and returns processes.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and CRO techniques for product detail pages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
