What you’ll do:

Responsibility

  • Partner with the executive team to craft and execute the organization’s development strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead organization-wide change management initiatives, including communication plans, stakeholder mapping, and adoption metrics.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs, succession planning, and coaching models for senior and mid-level leaders.
  • Assess organizational capability through diagnostics, surveys, and data analytics; translate insights into actionable roadmaps.
  • Facilitate workshops, offsites, and learning interventions that drive behavioral change and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to synchronize workforce planning, performance management, and learning strategies.

Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field; minimum 5 years of OD experience in complex organizations.
  • Proven experience designing and leading leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Strong change management expertise with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes (adoption, engagement, performance).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills; ability to influence at the executive level.
  • Experience with diagnostics tools, survey design, data analysis, and turning insights into action plans.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, and a bias for action.
