We are seeking a Senior Organizational Development Manager to diagnose performance gaps, design scalable development programs, and partner with senior leaders to drive impactful change across learning, leadership, and talent initiatives.
In this role you will lead strategy, program design, measurement, and coaching across client engagements and internal initiatives, with a focus on building high performing teams and sustainable capabilities.
Responsibility
- Develop and lead organizational development strategy aligned to business goals to drive measurable performance improvements.
- Diagnose capability gaps through diagnostics, surveys, interviews, and data analytics to inform program design.
- Design and implement leadership development, coaching, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Facilitate large scale workshops, change management initiatives, and alignment sessions with cross functional leaders.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to embed OD into org design, workforce planning, and performance systems.
- Establish and manage program metrics, dashboards, and ROI assessments to demonstrate impact to executives.
- Mentor junior OD consultants, manage project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring quality deliverables.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field; master's preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or HR with demonstrated impact.
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development, organization design, and talent management programs.
- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at executive levels.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities with comfort using survey tools and analytics to measure impact.
- Familiarity with HR systems, performance management processes, and workforce analytics.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
