Join AstraNova Consulting, a premier partner for organizations navigating transformative change. We are seeking a Senior Organizational Development Partner to design and deliver people-centered change programs that unlock performance, engagement, and sustainable growth across global teams.
In this role, you will partner with executives, HR, and business leaders to map current and future state organization design, design leadership development and succession pathways, and implement change strategies that embed new operating models. You will bring advanced OD methodologies to life through coaching, facilitation, and data-informed decision making.

Responsibility
- Lead organization design initiatives, including operating model reviews, team structures, and role definitions to optimize performance and agility.
- Design and deliver large-scale change management programs, including communication strategies, stakeholder mapping, and adoption plans.
- Lead leadership development initiatives, coaching executives and high-potential leaders to build strategic thinking and people capability.
- Facilitate strategy-to-execution workshops, capability-building interventions, and cross-functional alignment across global teams.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to implement workforce planning, talent reviews, and competency models.
- Measure impact through HR analytics, dashboards, and post-implementation evaluations; translate insights into concrete improvements.
- Provide thought leadership on OD best practices and contribute to the evolution of the client’s people strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, psychology, human resources, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in OD, change management, or organization design within complex, multi-site organizations.
- Proven track record delivering organization design, change management, and leadership development programs.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Proficiency with OD tools and methodologies (e.g., McKinsey 7S, Kotter, ADKAR, survey design, HR analytics).
- Experience with data-driven decision making and translating analytics into practical solutions.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom or have valid UK work authorization.
