Responsibility

  • Partner with executive leadership to co-create organization-wide development strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Lead large-scale change management initiatives, including communication, sponsorship, and adoption plans.
  • Design and implement leadership development, succession planning, and talent management programs.
  • Facilitate organization design, role clarity, and workforce planning to optimize structure and flow of work.
  • Develop learning and capability-building programs across functions to elevate performance.
  • Establish metrics, dashboards, and feedback loops to measure impact and iterate programs.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning, and Talent teams to embed OD into people practices and culture.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive Organizational Development experience, ideally in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven expertise in change management, organization design, and leadership development.
  • Certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, or MBA in HR/OD are a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive decisions and measure program impact.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
