Join BrightPath Global as a Senior Organizational Development Partner and shape high-impact people strategies for Fortune 500 clients and internal teams. You will design and implement organizational design, leadership development, and change management programs that accelerate performance, engagement, and culture. This role blends strategy, data-driven diagnostics, and hands-on facilitation to translate business goals into scalable OD solutions. This position is based in New York City with a hybrid work model (3 days on-site per week).
As a strategic thought partner, you will leverage diagnostic tools, survey data, and performance metrics to craft solutions that improve structure, processes, and mindsets. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coach leaders, and build capability across the organization to sustain momentum and drive measurable impact.
Responsibility
- Partner with executives to diagnose organizational needs using data, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Design and implement scalable organizational design and role clarity initiatives that align with strategy.
- Develop and deliver leadership development programs and coaching for first-line to executive leaders.
- Lead change management efforts during transformations, including communication plans and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate workshops, momentum sessions, and team interventions to build collaboration and culture.
- Measure program impact with dashboards, metrics, and ROI analysis, and report findings to leadership.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, and Operations to embed OD into people processes and systems.
- Manage OD project portfolio, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in organizational development, organization design, change management, or related roles.
- Proven ability to diagnose organizational issues using data and drive practical solutions.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development and talent management programs.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ACMP PROSCI or other change management methodologies; certification preferred.
- Experience in large scale transformations and cross-functional collaboration across HR and lines of business.
