You will partner with executive leadership to shape and implement scalable OD programs that drive performance, engagement, and sustainable growth. This role combines strategic vision with hands on execution across multiple business units.
As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will influence organizational design, leadership development, change management, talent analytics, and learning strategy. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and Ops to embed OD practices into daily work.

Responsibility
- Lead organization-wide OD initiatives including change management, leadership development, competency modeling, and culture alignment.
- Partner with executives to design and implement talent development strategies that drive performance and succession planning.
- Conduct needs assessments, culture diagnostics, employee engagement surveys, and organizational capability analyses.
- Develop and drive onboarding, coaching, performance support, and learning programs across all levels.
- Establish measurement frameworks with KPIs and dashboards to demonstrate ROI of OD interventions.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, strategy sessions, and team development events to embed new ways of working.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and operations to integrate OD practices into performance management and workforce planning.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of progressive OD experience in large, matrixed organizations.
- Deep knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR) and organizational design.
- Proven facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills with senior leaders.
- Experience with talent management, succession planning, learning strategy, and competency modeling.
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and proficiency using surveys and HR metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
