We are seeking a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to partner with executives and people leaders to design and deploy scalable OD programs.
In this role, you will diagnose organizational effectiveness, design development strategies, and lead change initiatives that drive measurable results across teams and functions. You will collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Operations to ensure programs are aligned with business priorities and outcomes.
This position is based in Boston, MA with a flexible hybrid work model to balance in-person collaboration and remote work.
Responsibility
- Lead and manage organization-wide OD initiatives aligned to business strategy and talent plans, including workforce diagnostics and change impact assessments.
- Design and implement leadership development, succession planning, coaching, and high-potential programs to strengthen leadership capabilities.
- Diagnose organizational effectiveness using surveys, data analytics, interviews, and focus groups; translate insights into action plans.
- Facilitate large-scale change efforts, including communication strategies, stakeholder analysis, and adoption tracking with senior sponsorship.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and Operations to embed OD practices into people processes and performance management.
- Develop learning journeys and competency frameworks that accelerate capability building across functions.
- Provide coaching and facilitator support to executives, managers, and teams to sustain behavioral change.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience (6+ years).
- 6+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, change management, or people analytics in mid-to-large organizations.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional change initiatives that improve business outcomes.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities with experience using surveys, interviews, and data analytics to drive decisions.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and executive relationship management skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels, from frontline managers to C-suite, with strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Prosci or other change management methodologies; experience with OD tools and metrics is a plus.
