NovaPath Solutions is seeking a data-driven Senior Organizational Development Specialist to partner with leaders across the organization to design, implement, and measure transformative programs that strengthen capabilities, culture, and performance. This is a high-impact role within our People & Culture team, responsible for shaping strategy, designing scalable operating models, and driving leadership development and change initiatives across functions and geographies.
In this role, you will collaborate with executives and HR business partners to diagnose organizational design opportunities, develop practical solutions, and accelerate adoption through rigorous change management, coaching, and measurement. You will translate insights into actionable programs that drive durable capability growth and improved business outcomes.
Responsibility
- Design and execute organization development strategies, including operating models, org design, and governance structures that scale with growth.
- Lead leadership development, succession planning, and embedded coaching to build a resilient leadership pipeline.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to diagnose organizational capability gaps and design targeted interventions (training, team effectiveness, culture initiatives).
- Lead change management programs for major initiatives, ensuring effective communication, adoption, and reinforcement of new behaviors.
- Develop and track analytics to measure impact on performance, engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, trainings, and coaching sessions that accelerate capability building and performance improvement.
- Advise on workforce planning and talent strategy to support growth and transformation across functions and geographies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organization Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, talent management, or learning and development, ideally in large or complex organizations.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR) and organizational design.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills with the ability to partner with senior leaders.
- Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development programs and succession planning.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
