We are seeking a results-driven Senior Partnerships Manager to lead sponsor activations, negotiate deals, and drive revenue through strategic partnerships across our roster of teams. This role blends sports marketing, business development, and activation strategy to deliver standout experiences for fans and partners.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end sponsorship lifecycle, from prospecting and contract negotiation to activation, measurement, and renewal planning. You will collaborate with marketing, operations, ticketing, and analytics teams to craft compelling sponsorship packages and deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of sponsorship strategies for pro sports properties in our portfolio.
- Identify and secure new sponsor partnerships across beverage, tech, and consumer goods categories.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with favorable terms and compliance with league rules.
- Activate sponsorships through integrated campaigns, events, hospitality, and digital assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and operations to measure activation success and optimize ROI.
- Foster strong relationships with sponsor partners and internal stakeholders to ensure renewals and expansions.
- Oversee budgets, timelines and performance tracking for multiple sponsorships.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 6+ years in sponsorships, partnerships, or sports marketing with proven revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Experience with activation execution, hospitality, and experiential marketing in sports.
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze ROIs and present insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
