PulsePeak Sports Group, a premier professional sports organization, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sports Marketing Manager in Los Angeles, CA.
In this role, you will lead integrated campaigns that accelerate fan engagement, sponsorship value, and revenue across digital, social, events, and content partnerships.
You will collaborate with the ticketing, media, and sponsorship teams to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives that elevate the fan experience and brand presence.
Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to grow fan engagement, ticket sales, and sponsorship value.
- Manage sponsorships and partnerships, including activation plans, and performance reporting.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content strategy to boost reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with ticketing, events, and operations teams to plan promotions and game day experiences.
- Analyze market trends and campaign data; create actionable insights and report ROI to leadership.
- Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and cross functional project timelines.
- Lead athlete and team storytelling initiatives, coordinating with PR and media relations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in sports marketing or sponsorships.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful campaigns and activations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and travel as needed (up to 15-20%).
- Experience in event planning and managing large-scale activations is a plus.
