Weβre seeking a proactive Sports Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute integrated campaigns, manage partnerships, and help tell compelling athlete and team stories across digital, social, and live events.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and on-site activations to promote teams, events, and partners.
- Coordinate sponsorship activations, deliverables, timelines, and post-campaign reports to maximize sponsor value.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, PR, and events teams to produce compelling content and fan engagement programs.
- Monitor budgets, track campaign performance, and generate insightful reports to optimize ROI.
- Plan and support events, fan days, and venue activations, ensuring seamless execution across multiple stakeholders.
- Build and maintain partner relationships, request assets, and ensure timely asset delivery.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years in sports marketing, sponsorship activation, or related roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with storytelling ability.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, social media management, scheduling tools).
- Strong project management, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours for events and game days as needed.
- Knowledge of sports industry trends and fan engagement best practices.
