Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, and experiential channels to drive ticket sales and brand awareness.
- Lead sponsorship activation, steward partnerships, and negotiate value-driven assets and deliverables.
- Collaborate with ticketing, merchandise, and venue teams to maximize revenue and fan experience.
- Manage content calendars, social media, email marketing, and CRM-driven communications.
- Plan and execute game-day activations, community events, and experiential marketing programs.
- Analyze campaign performance with dashboards, KPIs, and post-mortem reporting to inform strategy.
- Partner with PR, media, and creative agencies to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years in sports marketing, sponsorship activation, or brand partnerships.
- Proven track record delivering successful campaigns and sponsorship ROI.
- Strong digital marketing skills (social, email, content, SEO/SEM) and familiarity with analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to travel up to 15% and work flexible hours around events and games.
