As a key part of the marketing leadership, you will collaborate with teams across partnerships, communications, digital, and events to deliver integrated campaigns that resonate with fans and partners.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive ticket sales, digital engagement, and sponsorship revenue for the team.
- Lead brand strategy, voice, and creative guidelines across channels (social, web, PR, events).
- Manage partnerships with sponsors and agencies; negotiate contracts and activation plans.
- Plan and oversee game-day and community events, fan experiences, and promotional activations.
- Collaborate with analytics to measure campaign performance; report metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee content calendar, editorial briefs, and asset production with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage budgets, forecast ROI, and ensure on-brand execution across initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team; hire and develop talent.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of sports marketing or sponsorship activation experience, preferably with a professional or collegiate organization.
- Proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive attendance and revenue.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; willingness to travel.
- Passion for sports and fan engagement; strong network in the sports industry is a plus.
