Responsibility

- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and baseline measurements for new clients. \n
- Design and deliver personalized training programs for private and small-group sessions. \n
- Coach proper movement mechanics, exercise technique, and injury prevention strategies. \n
- Monitor client progress, adapt plans based on data, and provide timely feedback. \n
- Maintain a safe, clean, and motivating training environment; ensure equipment is safe and functional. \n
- Foster strong client relationships, drive retention, and identify opportunities for growth. \n
- Collaborate with nutrition and coaching teams to optimize outcomes; participate in team goals. \n
- Lead workshops, bootcamps, and open-house sessions to engage new and existing clients. \n
Qualification

- Certification from a recognized organization (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent). \n
- Current CPR/AED certification. \n
- Minimum 2 years of professional personal training experience. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to inspire and motivate clients. \n
- Strong knowledge of program design, periodization, and progression for diverse populations. \n
- Experience with injury prevention, baseline assessments, and program modification. \n
- Bachelor's degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field is preferred. \n
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a passion for fitness. \n
