As a Personal Trainer with Elevate Fitness Collective, you’ll work one-on-one and in small groups to assess needs, set goals, and guide every workout with precision, motivation, and empathy. Responsibility

  • Design and deliver customized, results-driven training plans for individuals and small groups.
  • Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and track client progress with data-driven coaching.
  • Provide safe, effective coaching on form, technique, and injury prevention.
  • Monitor client adherence, adjust programs, and maintain meticulous session notes.
  • Create engaging group sessions and foster a supportive studio community.
  • Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition basics and recovery strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan onboarding, programming cycles, and retention initiatives.

Qualification

  • Certification: CPT with NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE, or ISSA (active).
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • 2+ years of hands-on personal training experience with diverse populations.
  • Proven ability to motivate clients, build rapport, and drive adherence to programs.
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design scalable programs for individuals and small groups; strong coaching presence.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
