Responsibility
- Conduct initial client assessments and develop personalized training programs tailored to goals, injuries, and fitness level.
- Lead 1:1 and small group sessions with a focus on form, safety, motivation, and measurable progress.
- Monitor client progress, adjust programs, and communicate results with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide injury prevention guidance and ensure safe training environments through proper equipment use.
- Build strong client relationships to drive retention, rescheduling, and referrals.
- Collaborate with coaches to plan and run group classes and specialty programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and brand-aligned training space and studio flow.
- Remain current on certifications and industry best practices through ongoing education.
Qualification
- Certified Personal Trainer with NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent (current and in good standing).
- CPR/AED/First Aid certified (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of professional training experience (preferred) or a strong portfolio of client results.
- Proven ability to design programs for diverse clients, from beginners to athletes.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills; comfortable leading groups.
- Sales-minded with ability to convert inquiries into ongoing coaching relationships.
- Passion for health, wellness, and continuous learning; flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to upholding studio standards and client confidentiality.
