Responsibility

  • Design personalized exercise programs aligned with client goals and limitations.

  • Coach movement efficiency, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.

Qualification

  • Minimum 1–2 years of professional personal training experience (studio or gym).
  • Strong knowledge of program design, progression, regression, and exercise safety.
