Responsibility
- Design, implement, and evaluate strategies for optimal hydrocarbon extraction from reservoirs.
- Analyze production data and reservoir models to inform decision making and improve recovery methods.
- Collaborate closely with geologists, drilling, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee well performance, recommend interventions, and conduct field evaluations.
- Integrate advanced simulation technology for production optimization and forecasting.
- Develop and monitor cost-effective production enhancement techniques.
- Ensure all operations meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous technical improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in upstream oil & gas, reservoir, or production engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, CMG).
- Strong analytical and technical reporting skills.
- Proven track record optimizing well and field performance.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
