Responsibility
- Lead reservoir engineering studies to optimize recovery and manage risk across assets.
- Develop and implement field development plans, well spacing, stimulation, and artificial lift strategies.
- Collect, analyze and interpret production data, performance forecasts, and reservoir models.
- Collaborate with geoscientists, facilities, and drilling teams to deliver integrated projects on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain dynamic reservoir models using CMG, ECLIPSE, PetroMod or similar tools.
- Evaluate enhanced oil recovery opportunities and intervention planning to maximize asset ROI.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements across all operations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical training and knowledge sharing.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master degree in Petroleum Engineering or a closely related field; PE license preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of progress in reservoir engineering, production optimization or integrated asset modeling.
- Strong proficiency with reservoir simulation tools and data analytics; experience with CMG, ECLIPSE and Python or MATLAB.
- Experience with well testing, production forecasting, decline curve analysis and uncertainty quantification.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills; ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities and track record of delivering results under pressure.
- Solid understanding of HSE requirements and regulatory compliance.
