We are seeking a Senior Petroleum Engineer to lead high-impact projects across upstream and midstream domains. Responsibility
- Lead technical design, optimization, and scale-up of fossil energy projects, including reservoir development and production optimization.
- Prepare and review feasibility studies, simulations, and economic analyses to guide investment decisions.
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, HSE standards, and robust safety culture across all operations.
- Mentor junior engineers, develop technical standards, and transfer knowledge to the organization.
- Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Interface with stakeholders, regulators, and external partners to communicate progress and risk mitigation plans.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field; MS/PE license preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fossil energy, with demonstrated project leadership.
- Strong expertise in reservoir engineering, production optimization, and reservoir simulation software.
- Solid understanding of API standards, HSE regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams and external vendors.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required by project needs (up to 25%).
